The overall turnaround time of your order will be calculated by your dedicated project specialist using the details you’ve provided in your specialty project form submission. Please note that certain products can be produced faster than others and is largely based on the quantity needed. We know that our clients are trying to meet tight timelines, so we are always working as efficiently as possible to complete your order!

Our Graphics Department can help prepare your files to a production ready format, and can make minor edits to your files. We do not currently offer commercial design services at this moment.

Absolutely! Your product specialist can offer a sample option for you based on paper print versus custom wax seals. Please just let us know if you’d like to see a sample before moving forward with your full order.

All products are shipped from our Canadian studio DDU (deliver duties unpaid) and therefore, any orders being shipped outside of Canada may incur customs charges. In addition, we cannot confirm whether or not a customs fee or tariff will be charged at the time of placing an order, as this will depend on whether the order is selected for inspection by the border control agents. Please note that Artisaire Studio cannot take responsibility for these charges.
