Yes, to give designers the ultimate freedom and time savings we require print ready pdf files when placing your orders. Our favorite tool is Adobe Illustrator, however you can also use inDesign, Affinity Designer, Gimp, etc. A raster based software is best for digital print methods, and a vector based program is required for plate based methods like wax seals. 

We believe in supporting designers of all skill levels, our professional team will review your files and provide a list of required changes before moving your order into production. You will be able to make the changes yourself or have our team make the changes for a small service price.

Our File Fix Up service also includes minor graphic design work and an artwork release for easy re-ordering.
